            ORDER AND OPINION REVOKING RENT ADMINISTRATOR'S ORDER            
                  

               The above-named petitioner-owner filed a timely Petition for 
          Administrative Review against an order issued on August 29, 1990 by 
          a Rent Administrator concerning the housing accomodations known as 
          Various Apartments at 1610 Avenue P, Brooklyn, New York wherein the 
          Administrator determined that there has been a decrease in services 
          and, based thereon, directed a rent reduction for 46 rent- 
          controlled and 11 rent stabilized tenants for three items listed on 
          the complaint, but determined to dismiss eight items.

               The petition was denied in a Commissioner's Order and Opinion 
          issued on October 1, 1991.

               Subsequent thereto a petition was filed by the petition-owner, 
          in the Supreme Court pursuant to Article 78 of the Civil Practice 
          Law and Rules seeking judicial review of the Commissioner's Order.

               In a Stipulation of Settlement and Discontinuance, dated 
          January 15, 1993 (Index No. 43751/91) a copy of which is attached 
          hereto and made part hereof, it was agreed that the rent reduction 
          order issued under Docket No. DG230109B as amended by the 
          Commissioner's order number EJ230003RO is permanently suspended and 
          declared null and void.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned 
          stipulation, it is 

               ORDERED that the rent reduction ordered In Docket No. 
          DG230109B as amended by EJ230003RO be and the same hereby is 
          revoked.
