CORRECTING ORDER
The above-named owner filed a Petition for Administrative
Review (PAR) of an order issued concerning the housing
accommodations known as 87 Yonkers Avenue, Apartment 2, Yonkers,
New York.
On August 11, 1994, an Order and Opinion was issued denying
the PAR proceeding. However through a clerical error that order
was mailed with an incorrect docket number. It should in fact have
read GG910003AD/GI910012RK. This order is being issued to correct
the denial order.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403
Law of 1983, it is
ORDERED, that the PAR order issued August 11, 1994 be, and the
same hereby is, corrected to show that the District Rent
Administrator's Order was GG910003AD/GI910012RK; and, as corrected,
the said PAR order be, and the same hereby is affirmed.
