Board Meeting Schedule

Meetings of the Rent Stabilization Board are generally held on the first and third Mondays of the month at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 2134 Martin Luther King Jr. Way. The meetings, which are open to the public, are televised on Berkeley's Cable Channel 25 and broadcast live by KPFB radio station (89.3 FM). Agendas and minutes of the meetings are available for review at the Rent Stabilization Program office and the Main branch of the Berkeley Public Library or by subscription for an annual fee.

Citizen participation in the development of Rent Board policies and regulations is encouraged. Agendas of committee meetings and public hearings are posted. Any Berkeley resident may address the Board in person, by filling out a speaker's request card during the public comment period at the beginning of each meeting or in writing, addressed to: Berkeley Rent Board, 2125 Milvia, Berkeley, CA., 94706.
