The following substitute motion was made: M/S/C (Janowitz)Maldonado) TO REMAND FOR FURTHER EVIDENCE ON QUESTION OF WHETHER AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE ROOF WORK AND CARPET WORK WERE ACTUALLY PAID AND WHETHER THE AMOUNTS IN THE RECORD ARE ACCURATE INCLUDING THE QUESTION OF WHETHER OR NOT THE ENTITIES WHICH ARE THE LANDLORDS AND THE ENTITIES WHICH ARE THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE ONE AND THE SAME.
