Appeal in L-2755, 2808 #A1 Hillegass Ave. This is a tenant appeal of a Hearing Examiner decision which granted the landlord an $8.89 per month rent adjustment on the tenant's apartment. On appeal, the tenant makes several allegations concerning the conduct of the landlord. These allegations, however, even if true, do not provide grounds to modify the decision of the Hearing Examiner.
