1205. Filing the Petition

Petitioners shall submit to the Board for filing:

(A) the completed original petition and one copy, with two copies of the documentation required by Regulation 1201;

(B) for landlord petitions, a proof of service showing service by mail or in person of:

(1) the complete petition on the tenant of each rental unit on the property affected by the petition, and

(2) copies of the documentation required by Regulation 1201 on the tenant of each rental unit, except where the landlord submits an agreement with a group of tenants to provide the documentary evidence attached to the petition to only one or more tenant or other authorized representative.

(C) for tenant petitions, proof of service showing service by mail or in person on the landlord of one copy of the petition with the documentation required by Regulation 1201;

(D) filing fees pursuant to Section 1203.
