Use and confidentiality of information submitted to the board.

A. All information and forms required by this chapter and submitted to the board shall not be used by any other governmental unit of the city of Berkeley for the enforcement of city of Berkeley ordinances other than this chapter.

B. The board shall adopt rules and regulations providing for the confidentiality of information submitted to the board in support of a petition for an individual rent ceiling adjustment under Section 13.76.120 of this chapter when such confidentiality is deemed necessary by the board.
