38-12-212. Certain types of landlord-seller agreements prohibited.
A seller of mobile homes shall not pay or offer cash or other consideration to
the owner of a mobile home park or his agent for the purpose of reserving
spaces or otherwise inducing acceptance of one or more mobile homes in a mobile
home park.
