Sec. 1.        Short title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Real Property Law."


Sec. 2.        Definitions.

1.   The terms "real property" and "lands" as used in the first
     eight articles of this chapter are co-extensive in meaning
     with lands, tenements and hereditaments.

2.   The term "infant" or "minor" as used in this chapter means a
     person who has not attained the age of eighteen years.
