Listed below are the responses to the request, dated October 17, 1994, by you and Jonathan Bowles from Senator Franz Leichter's office for information pertaining to violations in general and to the certification of violations in particular.

1. Please provide the number of housing code violations offered for certification in HPD Notices of Violation (N.O.V.s) for each of the past three years.

2. Please provide the number of violations certified annually for each of the last three years by landlords as having been corrected.
