2001-2002 Rent Increases
On June 20, 2001, the Rent Guidelines Board approved increases for Rent Stabilized apartments whose leases expire between October 1, 2001 and September 30, 2002 as follows:One year renewal: 4%
Two year renewal: 6%
Poor Tax ($15 for units with rent less than $500): none
RGB Hikes Rents by 4% and 6%
