Housing NYC '97
Rent Guidelines Board Research for 1997
Note: Every year the staff of the New York City Rent Guidelines Board (RGB) produces a report which summarizes its research of various aspects of New York City Housing. The final book is generally not available until November of each year (see the 1994, 1995 and 1996 books on TenantNet). However, in order for the appointed board members to fulfill their responsibilities (determining rate changes for New York City rent stabilized apartments), the research by the staff of the RGB is made available in April, May and June of each year. These reports are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, which you may read by using the Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download). As more people are using Acrobat, we're going to skip the conversion into html.
