- March 25, Tuesday: Full City Council vote on renewal of rent stabilization, City Hall, Council Chamber, 1:30pm.
- May 20, Tuesday: Tenant Lobby Day in Albany. Thousands of tenants to rally and lobby in Albany against Republican plan to end rent regulations. For transportation information, contact your local tenant organization or Met Council at (212) 693-0550.
