• March 11 (possibly continued on the 12th), Tuesday: City Council Housing Committee hearing on rent regulations, City Hall, Board of Estimate Chamber, 1pm.
• March 25, Tuesday: Full City Council vote on renewal of rent stabilization, City Hall, Council Chamber, 1:30pm.
• May 20, Tuesday: Tenant Lobby Day in Albany. Thousands of tenants to rally and lobby in Albany against Republican plan to end rent regulations. For transportation information, contact your local tenant organization or Met Council at (212) 693-0550.
• April (date to be set): Bus Mobilization to State Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno’s hometown near Albany. For more information, contact Queens League of United Tenants (QLOUT) (718) 261-8015 ext. 6 (Mon.+Thurs. 10am+ 4pm).
