West Side Tenants Union

The West Side Tenants Union has been existence for over three decades, faithfully counseling people on tenant rights. Volunteer counselors and lawyers help tenants with everything from filing the proper forms to the intricacies of navigating housing court. Services are free of charge and available to tenants from all five boroughs, but we do ask that those who come to the clinic join WSTU, if possible, as we are solely supported by membership dues.

Annual Membership is $25
$7 annually for senior citizens.
