What an asshole......dont pay him a dime tell him you will be out by feb 1st and to
use your security deposit for this month rent!

you really want to live with that nut case as a landlord!

Also any NORMAL landlord will give you 5 days, and if your nice maybe 10 without demanding a late fee
after all some people get paid every two weeks..direct deposit,emergency bills etc.....
