Hey raleigh got an Idea: Are your parents Dying? Brother has Aids.. Parents House was hit by a tornado, earthquake or flood?
that would be a great reason to break a lease.
I can belive ANY judge would force you to pay for the whole term if you had an emergency like that!
and you moved back home to help them...

: I live in a large apt. complex in Charlotte, NC. We signed a 7 month lease

: months are up. They say I owe them for all 7 months and can't just give 60 days
