I'm on a month to month tenancy for my apartment in CA. I just received one week's notice that they are taking away one of our two parking spots. I've already paid rent for this month so it seems that they should not take away the spot until the end of the month. Further shouldn't I get 30 days notice of any changes on a month to month?
