NYC;SRO Hotel, Rent Stabilized, month-month, 428 Units

Can an owner/partner also be the managing agent?
(he's also a partner or owner in about 15 other hotels!)

Is there a NYC residency requirement? Req'd to live in this building?
What are the duties/lawful responsibilities of a managing agent?
If he's not here physically during business hours, who else is lawfully delegated as responsible?
