two, tell the landlord in a certified letter, that you are going to
withold rent untill the situation is resolved.........

......DO NOT stop the husband from beating her up..........with BLOOD
seen by the police he can be arrested, two if she get beat enough
she will leave on her own, thats just the way it is sad but true....

You just cant stop some women from getting the krap beat out of them,
then sooner or later they will get the message that if they want to
live.they will have to leave ...but that usually happens after 5 or 6 trips to the hospital.
