Breaking your lease / 30-day notice: use those words in the SEARCH box.

PS: not 100% sure, but if you've already moved out, the landlord can't use Housing Court for the balance of the rent on the lease (must sue for 'possession', not money only, in Housing Court: call CTRC or Met Council to be sure). He/she would use Small Claims if $3000. or less, Civil Court for $3000-25000, Supreme Court for more than that.

ps: read about Security Deposits, too: you'll probably have to counter-sue to get yours.
