Who's says he doesn't have a lease? Month-to-month doesn't mean no lease.

: Well unfortunately you screwed up.......You'd better go and beg the landlord not to evict you...and do whatever he wants.........

: You have NO LEASE...you have no rights other then to be notified 30 days
: to move...he did it .......so move.....

: Thats it buddy.......a judge will not care.... maybe you'll get an extra
: month or two but you still will have to pay rent and probably his
: legal fees too.......

: so get on you hands and knees and beg him not to evict you..

: Next time..... Have a lease, and read it carefully because most landlords will leave out any clauses about sales of the property, then he cant do anything untill your lease has ended.

:
: : Tell the landlord to put his eviction papers where the sun don't shine !!
: : You are being abused by the landlord with the heavy schedule of showing the house with open houses and weekends.... It is totally unreasonable of the landlord to put you and your children through this " harrassment ".
: : Infact, you should get a rent reduction for this severe imposition on you.

: : The Judge will give you plenty of time to find a place because you have small children and you are paying the rent... this is a dispute regarding how much the landlord can show the house and it is too much to be considered full use of home by you which would require full rent. I would tell the landlord that you welcome the court date with open arms and tell him that you will plead to the Judge that you want a rent reduction and much fewer days to show the house and ask him to stay any eviction because of your minor child and school etc..... Get out of there when it's good for you not the dog landlord.
