Before Anna posts another anonymous (duh!) message, I have corrected the date that the article appeared in the New York Law Journal:

The following article appeared in the New York
Law Journal on Friday, February 4th. Unless these decisions are reversed, tenants in New York City and other counties covered by the Appellate Terms in the First and Second Departments will not be able to have non-payment eviction proceedings dismissed if a three-day rent demand is signed by the landlord's attorney.
