how do I procede when I receivie a certified letter from my rental agency stating that I am in violation of my lease, due to loud noise late at night and insufficient floor coverage, when i have done everything I can possibly do to correct the problem? will letters like this hurt my chance to rent future apartments? Should I respond with a lawyers letter to my rental agency stating my side of the situation?
