Yes ok ...i dont mind this at all...... but the landlord will try his damnest to evict her....causing her aggrivation , and legal fees....so she might as well get used to it.....

The only other choice is to ask for maybe $10,-$20,000 to leave a rent stablized apartment so he can have it.....but that should be done thru a lawyer too.
