My friends family was called off of the waiting list for a Mitchell Lama apartment. She is concerned because her husband's credit is not good. They have never been to court with any of their landlords and they don't have criminal records. Can they be denied for credit alone? Is there any place where they can look at the admission process rules for these kind of apartments?
