It has been two week and my landlord has yet to fix the hot water in our apartment building. We have had many excuses from the repairman did not come to they picked up the wrong part.
Question?
Can we deduct the portion of the rent that represents the services for hot water. And, if we can, what percentage of the rent money does the hot water represent?
