Well, if people come here with DHCR problems, or a reduction of services situation (which is all I really know), I'm glad to answer. I just wish I could get some good discussion here about the DHCR, as I have tried twice in recent weeks to no avail. yes, I did ask about fraud, and got no answers!!!
By the way -- no tenant assn. in my building.
