City council hearings, mayoral press conferences, etc. can be seen on Crosswalks, channel 74, on Time Warner Cable throughout Manhattan (upper and lower).

On RCN Cable, that Crosswalks channel can be seen on channel 105 with a converter or channel 107 without a converter.

Crosswalks is available only on cable TV in New York City -- not on DBS or any broadcast channel.
