My landlord recently agreed to allow me to break my lease and refund my security deposit because maintenance issues plagued my tenancy.

I moved out a month ago, and she has not yet refunded my money. I have called and sent several lawyer's letters threatening to sue if she doesn't return my security. She has not responded to these repeated attempts to settle.

Does anyone know any organinizations that can help me pursue this at an affordable cost? Help appreciated.
