Everyone is hurting this year over the oil prices......... You have a
lease he has to honor it NO IF ANDS OR BUTS!

IF he does anything stupid like cut off the heat CALL THE POLICE!

Next year the oil prices will go DOWN...do you think he will lower the
rent ??? NAHHHH!

: I HAVE LEASE FOR 2 YEARS (GAS AND ELECTRICITY INCLUDED) SUDDENLY MY LANDLORD CAME TO ME AND SAID SOMETHING LIKE 'YOU HAVE TO PAY $100 MORE 'COS HIS ELECTRICY BILL IS HIGHER THAN IT WAS A YEAR AGO' . IF I'LL NOT PAY HE WILL SHUT DOWN THE ELECTRICITY AND GAS (HE SAID SO)..OR HE WANTS ME TO MOVE OUT EVEN IF LEASE IS NOT OVER. WHAT SHULD I DO??
