What your problem was is that you should of never admitted to the landlordt that you were getting even, especially not in writting. Now he can use that against you you in court. Your landlord wants you out because you have rent stabalized apartment......If I were you I would now consult with a lawyer...The Bar asssociation gives free legal advise on Mondays in Nyc...I sympathize with you becasue i had probleems with noise in the past...I also would like to hear more of your situation. I am doing a writing piece now on Tenants rights...I have my own situations right now with tenants in mmy building that is why I feel so passonate about this subject.
