if you chose to pay any more at this time, pay your fair share only, not whatever sh'e asking..... if you don't pay, she might sue you in Small Claims, be prepared for it.

and do the right thing: when it is safer for you (like as soon as all of your stuff is out of the house) tell the other renter, give her/him copies of the bills.....
