SITUATION: Apt rented to my Mother in 1965, My grandmother also has been living with her since 1972 when I was born ....No lease (month to month)....

...In 1998 My mother pased on.. and my grandmother still lives there,and I still have my mail going there and my last name is the same as my mothers when she rented the apt in 1965....

What If There is a situation where the super knows that the principle renter is deceased and wants to get the apt for one of his people (thats how the apts are rented in our building in the bronx).....My grandmother is 82 now and the super is a scumbag....but the management company does'nt know that the principle renter is decesed and the rent (under $500) is paid on time...should i need to take over the apt since i've lived there all my life and can prove
it..........>?
