I am looking to get a 1BR or large Studio in Manhattan in august/september. Should I go through a broker or talk with doormen/supers? Do cheaper
apartments come on the market in late summer or is it the same? Which neighborhoods are cheaper than others? I would like to pay a $1400 max,
but that is my max. Anywhere is fine I just can't seem to find out any relevant info. Thanks
