I live in a Manhattan apartment building that is rent stabilized. I have been living there for 4 years with my boyfriend who is
the tenant of record on the lease. He just moved to California to take a job. I am staying in New York. What are MY tenancy rights.
I obviously want to stay in the apartment but my landlord refuses to put me on the lease. What should I do?
