Does anyone have information on the status of the above Intro that supports pet ownership for tenants who are elderly and protects the rights of pet owners for the duration of their tenancy and not on a per-pet basis (provided the 90 window for landlord to act has passed)?

Any information on its status and how to get involved in supporting this effort would be greatly appreciated.
