New Landlord doesn't have the apartment ready (as the current tenant is building house)and I have to vacate from my current place. I would like to know what are my rights. My lease should have started with the new owner 15 days ago. Is there any legal action that I can take. He has my two month security too.

If I move out and put my stuff in storage can I get that reimbursed by the New Landlord.
