I am a landlord in South Florida and my current tenants have been leasing my townhouse for 16 months now. My tenants have been good, they pay thier rent on time and they live within the rules of the assiociation. The problem is I didn't get them approvied by the board when they moved in, and now the board has denied thier application and wants them removed from the premises by June 1. Does anybody have any sugestions on how I can keep the tenants? Can the Property Managment force me to remove my tenants after a year has gone by?
