Thanks for the notice: it might be more effective next month if you add part of a story that explains who these people are and why tenants should attend these meetings. There's probably something good on Met Council's newspaper.

"According to studies by the rent board's staff, general
operating costs had experienced almost no increases
for two years -- 0.13 percent in 1997 and 0.03 percent
in 1998 -- but last year jumped by 7.8 percent, mainly
because of oil prices. Another board study, however,
also showed that net income, from which profits are
drawn, had risen to its highest point in the 10 years
that those statistics had been compiled. "
