1)sublet rent stabilized apt spring 1997
2)new tenant paid landlord until lease expired 1/98
3)landlord got new lease 6/98(i didn't sign it)"signatures look the same"-2yr lease
4)claims in suit not paid for last year of 1999
5)claims i'm liable based on "delivered possession"?
6)sues me last week-has a new tenant

HELP!!!!!......ADVICE
