A decision by Judge Martin of U.S. Southern District Court, In re: Downtown Athletic Club of New York City, Inc., if not reversed, could lead to the eviction of rent regulated tenants if a bankrupt landlord sells the building free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, etc.
