My partner and I are on the verge of splitting up and we each want each other out of the house for good. I amn the head of household and he is just listed on the lease. Do I have the upper hand because of this? Also, what legal measures must I take in order to have him removed? What can he do to me as well? What are the limits? Please email me back..thanks.
