I am subleasing a coop in North Yonkers (have been there for 4 years), I am actually the sub sub tenant because the lease is in my grandmothers name, (my landlord demanded this since my credit was not to his standards)..anyway he had attached a typed rider to the lease saying he was not responsible to paint. My question is, is this legal or does he have to paint, ???
