Thanks very much for your response. I'm afraid the confusion was totally my fault, as I didn't specify--in this post--precisely what the form said. I did in my original post, now archived, but nobody answered!! I will ask for a one-year lease and put the rolled-back amount in the blank space. If he wants to change it, fine.

The actual numbers are different--I was just simplifying.
