Hi all--

My roommate and I just received a $300+ electricity bill for the month of July. We do not use air conditioning. Our other bills were around $30-$40 bucks a month. We've talked to PECO, our Philadelphia area electric company, and they checked the meter and said it was working fine. What do you think we should do next? (There's no way we used that much power in one month.)
