I wouldn't mind if your replies gave correct information and you placed them ahead of replies that gave incorrect information. I frequently do that.

But several of your replies contained incorrect information, and you placed them ahead of my replies, which contained correct information. In one case, you quoted something from the DHCR website that didn't contradict what I had written, but you made it look like it did.

One Richard in this forum is enough. We don't need another one, who may be even more dangerous, because he appears to know what he's talking about, even when he doesn't.
