We took our former ll to court. we agree on a settlement in which we move out by july 5 and they forfiet any attempt to collect any past rent and we agree to let them keep the 2 month deposit. Now they Are sueing us for the "damage" to the apartment and the back rent!. what's going on? is this legal and what are the chances of them winning? by the way the settlement was approved by the judge.
