I have rented an apartment in new jersey for four months. I am on a 1 year lease. But I have lost my job and am
just about broke and can no longer afford my rent. Are there any valid legal ways I can break my lease without
having to pay for the full year? I'd even sacrifice my security deposit at this point? Need help ASAP.
