the landlord is trying to " buy " you cheap.....

no judge will evict a parent with kids for a minimum of 6 months.....

ask the landlord for more money because you can't find a place under such short notice.... there was no prior warning that he had the building up for sale and this was a sudden shock to you... do not fear this situation and do not run though the streets looking for a place... you cannot be thrown out... there must be a court hearing and you have the right to give testimony and perhaps get a legal aid lawyer etc...

again, I say that you have AT LEAST six months to move...
