i have been living beneath one tenant for ten years in Staten Island
now the landlord moves in and is purposely making
strange noyses
stomping with BOOTS at all hours to where i think the ceyling will cave in
slurping sounds
he claims nothing is going on
and he has also turned off the lights saying something is wrong in the basement
i am ready to retire and dont want to move
i think he wants me out
i live in Staten island
